We are a group of likeminded individuals bringing gifts and talents to public notice.
We are attuned to the ambitions of similar organisations and will happily work along side them.
Our aim is to help the public become aware of alternative healthy options for daily use as we are living in chemical and drug laden times and we all need to take more responsibility for our own health and that of the planet.
Our shows are an opportunity for you to present yourself to the public, who are often unsure about approaching someone in a private situation. Our expos provide a friendly and safe environment for the community as a whole, enabling them to broaden their horizons.


Our extensive Advertising includes: newspaper (approx $3,000 - $4,000) and 4 roadside billboards 2.4m x 1.2m in size, which we put up 4 weeks out from each expo. Handout leaflets and numerous A3 corflute signs.


Site Prices Include: Chairs, and power is available to all sites and dividing screens. (Extra Screens available for hire @ $10ea).


Trestle Tables (1.8m x 800) $10 each.


Setup Times: Friday 5pm – 8pm. Also, Saturday from 8am. - Please ensure you have your site completed by 9.45am Saturday.
The hall is open 9am on Sunday for exhibitors.


The hall is open 10am - 5pm both days to the public.


The venue is fully secure; however, you are completely responsible for your stand and contents.



There are no expos currently planned as we are in the process of setting up a new business.


Booking Information

• It is a case of first come first served and no sites will be held without a deposit.
• To register send completed registration form with 50% deposit of site fee.
• Balance to be paid before 10am Sunday at the expo.
• Cancellations, 50% refund of deposit up to 7 days prior to each expo.
• No sites to be shared. One exhibitor per site only, unless arrangement is made at time of registration.
• Only items in keeping with the Spirit of the Expo will be approved of for sale.
• Exhibitors are expected to contain their exhibit within their site. This includes noise. No individual music to be played.
• Neighbourly relations between exhibitors are encouraged as in the best communities. In any situation of conflict between exhibitors the expo director’s decision is final.
• No food to be sold on stalls unless previously agreed.
• Please do not pack up prior to 5pm without prior consent – this does not present a professional image to the members of the public who are still within the venue.
• All exhibitors are to wear an exhibitor pass at all times (this is provided), and to be handed in prior to packout on Sunday afternoon.
• The Directors reserve the right to relocate site holders at their discretion.
• No incense to be burned as too many people are allergic to them, they also contain toxic chemicals! We are encouraging people to live more natural and chemical free lifestyles!
